Payment, Shipping & Returns
We accept Visa and MasterCard for all online payments. All orders are processed in CAD at the most current exchange rate.
By default, we have our prices set in USD. However, you have the option to view products in either USD or CAD. Simply click the currency button on the top right of the website. This way, our customers can immediately see the approximate price of each item based on their preferred currency.
Please note that we are currently only available for orders within the U.S. and Canada. We are working hard to have MQ Cosmetics available in other countries - stay tuned!
We are happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping for all U.S. and Canada orders over $100. To qualify, you'll need to reach $100 after all discounts have been applied.
Standard Shipping times (excluding weekends and holidays):

You may only ship to one address per order. If you would like to order items that require shipping to more than one location, you will need to place separate orders for each address. Delivery times listed above are only estimates. We will do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, however, please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, returned or delayed packages by the postal service.
If your tracking number says that your package has arrived, but you have not received anything, we recommend doing the following:
- Verify the shipping address associated with your order
- Look for an attempted delivery notice slip
- Double check to see if your package is stored in a hidden area
- Allow an extra 1-2 days for your order to arrive. In rare cases, a package may have been marked delivered before actually arriving.
Order Processing Times:
All orders placed on Friday after 3:00pm PST will be shipped on the following Monday with the exception of major holidays. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation for your purchase. You will be charged at the time your order is placed, charges will appear on your credit card statement as "MQ Cosmetics". Please allow 24-48 business hours for in-stock orders to be processed. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking details.
Buy online, pickup in-store!
We offer in-store pickup for our local customers based in the Metro Vancouver area! When you complete your checkout online, be sure to select "Pickup In Store" option. You will receive an email confirmation once the order is ready in the store. Pick-up in store orders will be available in 24 hours. Please note, in-store pickup is only available at the Aberdeen Centre location in Richmond, BC. Online orders must be picked up within 2 weeks.
At MQ Cosmetics, we strive to provide our customers a great experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we accept returns on qualifying item(s) for a full refund (in original tender) on regular priced, new and unopened products within 14 calendar days of receipt. After 14 days, we are unable to accept any refunds. All sale items are a final sale.
Please note: Online orders may only be returned with the process indicated below. Our online store operates as a separate entity from our retail stores. Therefore, we are unable to accept any in-store returns for online orders.
Send us an e-mail at info@MQcos.com with your order number and items you want to return. We will get started right away. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed (including your package arrival time). Depending on your original form of payment, it may take additional business days for your credit to be posted on your account. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs and any additional fees associated with sending your return package are the responsibility of the customer.
